If you have already connected your account to Stripe but you have not yet received your payment, first you need to check your Stripe Dashboard to see if the transaction was successful.
Some steps to follow:
- Check to see if your Account is not restricted for payouts. You can find further information here - https://support.stripe.com/questions/delayed-or-missing-payouts
- Check to see if your client has actually made the payment or that their card was valid
- Get in touch with Paperwrk by raising a Support Ticket and we will check our records to also verify the payment was successful or not
